We are excited to be holding our next in-person conference, not in London, but in York! On Saturday, 9 November MEDATS will host a day of talks, displays, and demonstrations. We are also planning outings in the area and welcome suggestions for places and people to visit.
We are accepting proposals for papers and posters concerning all aspects of European textiles, clothing, and dress accessories between 600 and 1200 C.E. We encourage speakers of both academic and non-academic backgrounds to propose, and some travel funding is available. Surprise us with the creativity and scope of your investigations.
