Participants may elect to grant or withhold permission for their images to be taken during the Medieval Dress and Textile Events and used by MEDATS for the following purposes:
- Display at an event or on the Society’s website or social media platforms
- Use in MEDATS’s newsletters and promotional materials
- Other purposes as deemed necessary by MEDATS
Participants acknowledge that they have the right to access and review the photos taken of them and request their removal if they are not satisfied with their use.
Participants have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting MEDATS in writing or via email at email@medats.org.uk.
Participants are aware that personal data collected through photography will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and MEDAT’s privacy policy.
